Looks like even the seniors are catching up to the tattoo-inspired couture craze…albeit just a tad late. Ms. Minelli looking rather sprite for her 63 years, was recently caught by TMZ photogs outside of the swank Plaza Athenee in Paris, seemingly in no makeup. [What would Judy think?

I mean Honestly…..Anyone that wears that crap is a nimrod. I NEVER wore it even when it was cool to wear it 4 years ago. Furthermore WTF happened to LIZA….she looka like a Man…lol…Cocain is a hell of a drug….TRAGIC!
