*eModa ships all orders during the business hours of 10am to 5pm Monday through Friday, except during holidays. Holiday hours will be posted if changes to normal shipping hours occur. We strive to ship your order the same day that we receive it, when you make your purchase before 2pm, and the order has passed security verification.
Note: Orders that ship to your billing address are processed with no delay. Orders that ship to addresses other than your billing address may be delayed for verification.
General Order Policy:
1. Once an order has been placed, you have 3 hours to cancel your order: 2 hours for an expedited shipment. We cannot cancel an order that is being processed. You will have to wait to receive the order and then follow our return procedures.
2. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a store credit and a 30% restocking fee.
3. You may not add a coupon code to your order once the order has been placed. Coupons must be presented during checkout or before the order begins processing.
