Reviews For Doctrine:
Joseph: Incredibly expensive, but the looks are one-of-a-kind and being a designer brand, Doctrine has a very high turnover rate for their clothing, meaning they offer a shit for 6 months then make new designs and you won't find the old ones anymore. In any event, they are well made shirts and stand up well under pressure, frequent washing and such. They are far more comfortable than other brands such as 'Salvage' and 'Rebel Spirit.' The current shirts offered are more a 'normal' fit. Fits well on the chest, slight space in the arms, regular cut sleeves. Older Doctrine shirts were more of a 'tattoo fit' with the sleeves cut very short for the purpose of showing off. Those shirts are far more expensive [upwards of 150] than the ones currently offered. Also a lot harder to find. posted on: 8/12/2009 4:23:05 AM

| | Shane: Though obviously the prices for doctrine are, in most peoples eyes *including my own* RIDICULOUSLY high, I have found that this comes for a reason. I have bought the Jack and Queens and the Paranoid shirt, and from my experience, you get your money's worth. The patch work, design and color combos are very notable features. The incorporation of leather is interesting and succeeds well. Also the embroidery is spectacular, so much so that I couldn't believe the complexity of the Paranoid shirt's skulls the first time I truly got to look at it. The quality of the shirts are completely top notch, though thin (as all designer shirts are), they are AMAZINGLY comfortable, which almost makes up for it. The soft fabric combines with the upper echelon design to create a product that demands it's price tag. posted on: 8/7/2009 2:14:55 AM
