Lane out in LA after killing people with his car... what do you think? Prison Break star gets a breat from Prison

Lane Garrison has already been seen out and about in LA! The 28-year-old former Prison Break star was released from prison early yesterday after having earned "enough good-behavior credits." Garrison only served about half of his 40 month sentence for vehicular manslaughter. He has since checked into a rehab center to shorten his probation for this and 2 other alcohol related charges.
Lane Garrison had been doing time for a DUI crash that caused the death of 17-year-old Vahagn Setian and landed 15-year-old Michelle Ohana in a wheelchair for 2 months. A civil suit was filed for wrongful death and gross negligence. A settlement has since been established with both families for an undisclosed amount.
Do you agree with the exchange of prison time for "good behavior" and a rehab stint?
How would you feel if someone you loved was killed by someone else's night of boozing with underage kids... and they only spent 20 months in jail for killing them?
To put it into perspective Paris Hilton a whopping 23 days in day just for getting a DUI and hurting no one.

Lil Wayne's found himself in a bit of legal trouble. In a concert performance to promote his album, The Carter III, Wayne performed a song I feel like dying which sampled music from Karma-Ann Swanepoel's song Once. He then posted the track on his website for fans to download for free. A copyright infringement suit has been filed.
Wait, there's more. Lil Wayne's now pointing the finger at Rebel Rock Productions Inc, who produced the. The rapper claims it was their responsibility to handle any permissions and licenses needed. Either way, somebody better pay up to SWhats-her-name.

Leave it to Hugh to feed the pack of "Wolverine" fans camped outside a theater to see the premiere on Monday! When Jackman heard of the dedicated fans in Arizona, he placed and order late Sunday night to Paradise Bakery in Tempe for 80 gallons of coffee and 67 trays of bagels, muffins and croissants. The total: $4308.87! We're going to assume he left a tip too.
What an awesome guy... maybe A-rod could learn a thing or two! haha Now I can't wait to see his movie! Go Jack!

Remember a few months ago when the story broke of A-Rod using steroids? Well, more recent news has indicated that in 2005, His teammates noticed that he had put on about 15lbs in the off season especially in the pectoral region. Gynecomastia (a.k.a Bitch Tits) is a condition resulting from the use of anabolic steroids!
Not only was Bitch Tit's nicknamed by his own Yankee teammates but the hooters girls had an alleged issue with him her too. Bitch only tipped 15%!!!
Now I know why Maddona dumped him so fast... he is cheap (which is the worst thing anyone can be) and he has titts... Madonna's are nice enough... she does not need another set in the bedroom flopping all around getting complicated! Gross A-rod! Stop being a loser and using roides! And tip the poor waitress... you are worth a quarter of a BILIION DOLLARS! Not including endorsments...jerkface!

Golden Girl, Dorothy Zbornak, better known as the husky voiced Bea Arthur has gracefully bowed out this week at 86. A spokesman for Bea Arthur confirmed that the star died of Cancer in her home early on April 25. Arthur is best known for her character on The Golden Girls and as Maude Findlay of the sitcom Maude. A true success as an actor, Arthur was well established on Broadway before her switch to television.
She has been recognized for her work on numerous occasions throughout her life starting with a Tony for her performance as Vera Charles, the sidekick to Angela Lansbury in Mame. Bea Arthur was honored with an Emmy in 1977 for her role as Maude and another in 1988 for her character, Dorothy, on the international hit Golden Girls which twice won for best comedy.
Rue McClanahan who played Blanche Devereaux on "The Golden Girls" issued the following statement about Bea's passing to TMZ: "37 years ago she showed me how to be very brave in playing comedy. I'll miss that courage and I'll miss that voice." Betty White, who played third Golden Girl, Rose, said yesterday, "We'll always love her." Betty, we couldn’t have said it better ourselves.

Recently he has also been known to love him some of a thick bottomed hottie... Amber Rose of Philadelphia. Off and on who can keep up with these two?
These pictures have recently been leaked on the internet scaring people into thinking these will be the new ads for Louis Vuitton's collection of shoes designed by none other than Kaye West himself. In the tradition of other hip hop artist designing for the Paris fashion power house... Like Pharrell Williams.
Thank goodness Louis has a bit more sense than to let this be their ad... who knows what these pics are for... just out there I guess... for Kanye, naked girlfriend photoshoots in Louis V sneakers he designed is like a rainy tuesday for the rest of us. Must be nice.

Haha! Jamie had quite a few funny things to say about the tween smeez whom he, at first, could not remeber off the top of his head. After a second of thought he came up with "she's the girl with all the gums!" She was subject to scrutiny on his Sirius Radio show, the Foxxhole, on Sunday night.
A caller mentioned the story that occured last month when Miley was rejected by Radiohead for a meet and greet! Apparently, the Rock Legends think SMiley needs to grow out of her sense of entitlement!
Jamie and his guests agreed with the caller and Radiohead by continuing to rag her with comments telling her to grow up, make a sex tape and indulge in drugs. Don't take that advice Smiley but maybe should go for that gum transplant like Jamie suggested!

Looks like Justin Timberlake is not taking his own advice and bringing sexy back. He was just honored as GQ magazine's best dressed man alive.
This does not look like that to me. He looks like a vegan mellow singer that used to beef with Eminem. I cannot even tell them apart... especially after drawing Justin's fedora and scraf on Moby's head... (KIMBER! it's so amazing to draw on pictures! it makes them more interesting!)
I guess Justin is getting compfy with the foxy Miss Jessical Biel... who also seems these days to have lost her sexy... This couple needs MOJO stat! Frumpy!

Rumor Mill.... so who will be there for hte Love of Ray J? Probably not Unique since she just gave birth to a baby.... (she was not drinking on the show... not cause she is soooo good... but because she was already sooooo preggers). Before the finale episode airs..."Unique" has already been photographed with baby in hand. Speculation was that it was Ray's but it is not.

Real Question...DANGER... she smashed the Homie.... and she didn't get sent home??!!!! If you found out that someone you are interested in.... slept with your friend.... what would you do?

My favorite of the three Kardashian sisiters (and I feel like the world's favorite kardashian sisiter) has a couple more wants to voive to you all.
Kim was quoted by PopEater.com as saying that she "..Would love to be a Bond Girl, that would be my dream of life." Strange way to put it right? "dream of life"? okie dokie.
Everyone wants to be a Bond Girl... but try acting first... that one awful movie she was in for 2 seconds and her half assed reality series (which is a gulity pleasure of mine... it sucks so bad but I can't stop watching it) does not qualify her to be a Bond Girl.
Her next quote was even better... "I would love to be in the next Twilight. To be around all those hot guys. I want to be a vampire. I kind of want to be evil,".
Ok Kim... we get it. You are a little spoiled and that has cause you some slight delisions. I say stick to your store and hanging out with Reggie and launching parfume lines... stay away from movies.... Geez... "I want to be evil"? So sick of hearing about it? Naomi is already 39 years old. Though I think she is one of the world most beautiful women... my patience with her runs slim to none.
When you have been blessed with so much beauty and fortune... you should be doing better things than acting like a raging 4 year old. Ms. Cambell has never acted better than trash.
Throwing phones, beating maids and poor couples on airplanes is what this women has to show for herself besides beauty. This is shameful.
I am very happy to see that she is making an effort to clean herself up... but i do wish it would have been a decade ago. Everyone is entitiled to mistakes... but how many and for how long?

So hip hop baddie and ultra confident Mr. Kanye West was killed on the hit cartoon show SouthPark last night. The usually "pleanty to say" Kanye had a suprising responce on his blog today about how he felt about the portrayal. Here is what he had to say about it:

Can You believe that Billy Corgan and Teila Tequilla of all people are now together? First off I loved the Smashing Pumpkins growing up and Teila seems to be the opposite of what I would think Billy would want.
Maybe he is changing his ways... look at what he is wearing! That is also not something I would see my Billy in. Telia must have some good sticky icky to whoop this hard edge grunge king into a little prince.
He was a serious rocker and she is and has always been some confused celeb chasing fame hungry no one but a myspace stalker. I guess this goes to show you... all guys, no matter how intelligent don't always use the right "head" to think. Hmmmmm Billy... Michelle Obama presents her French counterpart with the gift of Rock 'N' Roll.
On Friday, The American First Lady met for the first time the First Lady of France, Carla Bruni-Sarkozy. The pair hit it off immediately and as a sign of friendship Michelle Obama offered Bruni-Sarkozy a Gibson guitar. The Gibson "legend" model was a perfectly thoughtful gift as the model turned singer is working on recording her 4th album.
Before the gift, the two enjoyed each others company on a visit to Strasbourg's 12th century cathedral where Carla Bruni acted as translator for her American counterpart. They had lunch and visited several sites around Strasbourg with the company of other NATO spouses. In earlier discussions, Michelle Obama agreed to assist the French first lady with her AIDS charity work as an Ambassador for the World Fund.

the New Mart. Buyers came from far and wide to take a look at the new collection.

Jmaie Foxx has found a super talented kid. CHanj is a new talent from New Jersey and let me tell you... he is amazing! Michelle Miller AKA ME, got a chance to style and photo shoot this rising star. SharBarra Taylor was there to shoot some amazing pictures here in our eModa Photography studio.
Chanj came in with his record peeps and a few close friends. I styled him in Monarchy, Five Four, Gold Spun, Salvage, Adriano Goldschmied and Evisu. I am so happy to say... not only is he uber talented but he is truly a sweet, kind, and very charming guy.
