Not happy with your purchase or have a fit issue? We're trying to make returns easy! To return your item/order to eModa, we ask that you get an RA#. The easiest way to get an RA# is by clicking the link below and providing us with your order number & email address (you can find this in your order confirmation email or on your invoice). Once you provide us with your information, our system can automatically generate you an RA#. You can also contact our customer support department during regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm EST.
All returns must be authorized! To prevent delays, we ask that you adhere to our return instructions.

Domestic and international returns received within 30 days from the date that the order was shipped are eligible for a full refund in accordance with the original payment method. Items must not have been worn or washed, and all original tags must be attached. Refund procedures may take 7-14 business days; you will receive an email notification upon completion. Store Credits are processed within 3 business days of receipt. eModa.com does not refund shipping fees.
International Taxes & Fees:
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. eModa does not refund customs, duties or taxes associated with international returns.
It is recommended that footwear is tried on in a clean, carpeted area, as shoes may only be returned in new condition, with no streaks or scuffs.
Due to hygienic concerns, underwear and swimwear may not be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you received an item that is damaged you must notify us within 3 business days otherwise we will not accept the return.
Items that are purchased at a discount of 20% or more off the original sale price are considered "sale items". Sale items qualify for exchange/store credit ONLY. Sale items must be postmarked (shipped) within three (3) days of your order's arrival date. Gift cards, coupons or any other promotions cannot be redeemed for cash.
All items purchased at a discount greater than 30% are considered "clearance items" and are a final sale.
General Order Policy:
1. Once an order has been placed, you have 3 hours to cancel your order: 2 hours for an expedited shipment. We cannot cancel an order that is being processed. You will have to wait to receive the order and then follow our return procedures.
2. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a store credit and a 30% restocking fee.
3. You may not add a coupon code to your order once the order has been placed. Coupons must be presented during checkout or before the order begins processing.
